Integrity and work ethic. If our strategic analysis tells us you don’t need a particular service, we won’t recommend it, no matter how profitable it might be for us.
We also care deeply about design as a profession. Design is what we love, and we believe that commitment should show in everything we do. We value the work itself as much as we value the clients we do it for.
There is no such thing as “good enough” for us. We’re always looking for a better idea, a sharper solution, a more thoughtful detail. That pursuit is what keeps us moving forward.

If your priority is to think like your client, then you are a Design Partner. Our process begins by actively listening to you and immersing ourselves in your perspective to truly understand your brand's needs.
As a ‘Design Partner’, you don’t just work for the brand; you work with it. Your focus is not on your profit. It’s on building and shaping the brand’s future. You are always there for your client, and you are proactive.

We're a U.S.-based studio with roots in Los Angeles, but our clients aren't tied to one zip code. We work with brands in New York, San Francisco, Florida and all around the world. We believe that great branding and design doesn't need a shared office. It needs shared thinking.

Global names like Google, Toyota, Expedia, Carvana, Hilton, Fox Sports, Monster Energy and Princeton University, and even a country: we worked on the nation branding of Turkey. We also love working with visionary start-ups and small/mid sized businesses with big dreams, like Elevation, SMRTFT, CFP, Kre18, Jurny, Bariz Olive Oil and more.

You can. But a logo without strategy is a guess that happens to look nice. Strategy gives us the why behind how your brand looks, sounds, and behaves, and keeps everything consistent long after launch.
Strategy without design is hallucination. Design without strategy is an illusion. We believe the two should go together.
And if you truly don’t need strategy, we’ll tell you. Then we’ll get on with the design.

Brands are like fingerprints. No two are alike, and each has a unique story to tell.
Most projects move from strategy (research, positioning, brand story, messaging, etc.) to identity (logo, typography, color, visual language, and brand guidelines). From there, the work can extend to packaging, websites, campaigns, or wherever your brand needs to show up.
One thing that sets us apart is that we never recommend work we don’t believe will benefit your brand. Say you ask us to design a mobile app. If we believe your brand would be better served without one, we’ll tell you why, and won’t take on the project.
Because to us, the success of your brand matters more than making a sale.
-
We start with an introductory call where we ask questions about your brand, your vision, your ambitions for the future, and what you need from us.
Then we put together a proposal, usually within a day. Once you approve it, we’re ready to get started.
If we begin with strategy, you and each of your stakeholders, if applicable, will have a one-to-one interview with our head brand strategist. We then turn everything we learn into a comprehensive brand strategy deck for you to review.
Once the strategy is set in stone, design takes the stage.
From strategy and design concepts to execution and ongoing services, we make the entire process collaborative, thoughtful, and most importantly, truly enjoyable.
Don’t just take our word for it. Take a look at what our clients have to say.

Every project has its own qualities, needs, and requirements.
The strategy component might be a comprehensive brand strategy, or something as focused as a tagline. The design side could be a logo or a complete visual identity system, packaging, a website, or more.
As a general guide, you can think of about two weeks for a standard brand strategy, followed by another two weeks for the logo and visual identity presentation. Give or take, depending on the scope.

We break down what drives branding costs in our article How much does branding cost?. After our initial call, we’ll put together a clear proposal based on your specific needs and scope.
Here’s the short version: we deliver world-class, award-winning agency quality without the traditional agency overhead. Our efficient system and lean approach allow us to offer that level of work at a fraction of what larger agencies typically charge. We’re not, however, competing with inexperienced designers on freelance marketplaces who rely on templates or AI-generated solutions. Our work is strategic, custom, and built specifically for your brand.
Because when it comes to branding and design, cheap can get expensive very quickly.

Our work has been featured in numerous magazines, books and online publications, including IdN and Los Logos, and has been awarded in design competitions like The Golden Web, Adobe Creative Jam and A’ Design.
Ozan has served as a juror for the prestigious AIGA Awards, Adobe Creative Jam and the 40th GMK Design Awards, and has mentored students through Adobe's partnership programs.

We’re glad we made you ask!
You can start right here where you can tell us a little bit about yourself, your brand, and your needs. We’ll get back to you in a day with a detailed, thoughtful response, and move forward with the way of communication you prefer.
We can’t wait to hear your story.
